THE CONFERENCE IS OPEN TO LICENSED PRACTITIONERS ONLY.
You may register here for the 2011 AIH conference using your credit card or PayPal account. Although we use PayPal for secure checkout, you do not need a PayPal account to register. Registration: $420.

Register by Mail or Fax
If you do not wish to register online, you may pay by check via postal mail. Please download and print this registration form, and send it with your check to: American Institute of Homeopathy c/o Marty Gerace, 7206 Penarth Avenue, Upper Darby, PA 19082. You may use the same form to fax us your credit card payment.
Cancellation
All requests for cancellation must be sent in writing via email to , or by fax to (610) 667 2139 (attention: Marty Gerace) or by U.S. mail: The American Institute of Homeopathy, 101 S. Whiting Street, Suite 16, Alexandria, Virginia 22304. Any cancellation requests received prior to September 1, 2011 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation request received on or after September 1, 2011 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for any cancellation request received after September 13, 2011. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.
